Texas state government alone contains a myriad of agencies that all promulgate rules and regulations your businesses are regulated by — it doesn’t just stop with the legislation and the statutes.

When the Legislature needs to know how a proposal impacts retailing, TRA is there to tell them. When the State Comptroller is considering a new rule on sales taxes, she asks for TRA’s comments. And when our members need information on state laws or regulations, they call us. Texas Retailers Association –– we’re your voice in state government.
